Working header links, a correct code sample, and a footer

Fixed

Guide opens the Mesh guide, and npm opens the @nuucognition/mesh-core package. Before, the header links went nowhere.

Removed

The Whitepaper link. No whitepaper is published yet.

Fixed

The code sample matches the API of mesh-core: buildMesh({ documents, blobs }) and mesh.diagnostics.

Changed

The version badge shows beta 1.0.1, the current release on npm.

Added

A footer with links to NUU Cognition, .ncm, the changelog, Suggest an idea, and Report a bug.
